Up-to-date SME certification (obtained from https://www.iapmei.pt/Paginas/Certificacao-PME-Area-Empresa.aspx);

Up-to-date declaration of non-debt to Social Security;

Up-to-date tax clearance declaration;

Consult Simplified Business (IES) pre-project year (2021);

Consult Simplified Business 2022 (IES);

Proof/print of registration at the Fund Desk (https://balcaofundosue.pt);

Updated permanent certificate;

License to use and/or Industrial Licensing – licensing must be proven by means of an industrial exploitation title or license, permit, land registry or, in the last instance, a lease agreement.

Companies based in the Autonomous Regions of the Azores and Madeira and the NUTS II regions of Lisbon and the Algarve are not eligible for this project.
