Identification of the data controller
Information and consent
The Personal Data Protection Law (LPDP) and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, GDPR) ensure the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
Under the terms of the law, personal data are considered to be any “information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“the data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifiers, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.”

NERLEI maintains a database with its clients’ records consisting only of the personal data provided by the data subject at the time of registration, which is collected and processed automatically by NERLEI, the entity responsible for processing personal data.
